1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DripZEN mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DripZEN.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use DripZEN
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Minors aged 13–17 may use the App only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access DripZEN's features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access

You may register via email or Facebook Login. Facebook-authenticated accounts are also bound by Facebook's Terms of Service.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

DripZEN is provided for personal, non-commercial wellness management. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract data from the App
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers

6. Wellness Provider Services

• DripZEN is a platform intermediary, not the direct provider of therapy services
• Third-party providers are independent contractors, not DripZEN employees
• DripZEN does not guarantee the quality or suitability of provider services
• You use provider services at your own risk and discretion

7. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor
• Prices include applicable taxes and are displayed in your local currency
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee per provider policy
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Intellectual Property

DripZEN and all associated content — including the App, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of DripZEN and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DripZEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the App or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DripZEN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through App settings or by submitting a deletion request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
